Professional Conduct by epi (epi-Information 2/2001, S. 75), “Patentanwalt"
is the designation of a regulated profession according to the law of the
Federal Republic of Germany referring to German Patent Attorneys. "European
Patent Attorney" is the designation of the professional representatives
admitted before the European Patent Office according to the regulations of
the European Patent Convention. "European Trademark Attorney" is the
designation of the professional representatives admitted before the Office
for Harmonization in the Internal Market according to the regulations of
Article 89 of the Council Regulation (EC) No 40/94 of 20 December 1993
regarding the Community Trademark. “European Design Attorney” is the
designation of the professional representatives admitted before the Office
for Harmonization in the Internal Market according to the regulations of
Article 78 of the Council Regulation (EC) No. 6/2002 of December 12, 2001
regarding the Community Design. |
